Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney, NSW on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options and delivery timeframes
We ship all orders via Australia Post. You can choose bestween Standard or Express shipping at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Express Post

* Next business day Express Post delivery is available between capital cities (excluding Darwin, and Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside this network, Express Post still offers the fastest available service but next business day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Standard Shipping - Parcel Post
Standard shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post covers all addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Express shipping — Express Post
Express Post is Australia Post's fastest domestic service and covers all addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Within the Express Post next business day network (between major capital cities): next business day

Metro areas outside the next business day network: 1–3 business days

Regional and remote areas: 2–5 business days
Express Post is recommended if you need your order quickly, but please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly for regional and remote locations.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.95. This threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discount codes are applied, excluding shipping costs. Free shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post (standard) only — express shipping is always charged at the applicable rate.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout . To get an exact shipping quote before purchasing, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout to view shipping options and costs.
Shipping rates are subject to change in line with Australia Post pricing updates.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at:

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the first scan to appear in the tracking system.
Delivery address
Providing your address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you and re-dispatch the order at your cost.
PO boxes and parcel lockers
We can deliver to PO boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers via both Standard and Express Post. If delivering to a Parcel Locker, please enter your Parcel Locker address exactly as it appears in your MyPost account.
Authority to leave
If no one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will use their judgment to determine whether it is safe to leave the parcel. If the parcel cannot be left safely, a card will be left with instructions for collection from your nearest Post Office or collection point. To manage your delivery preferences, you can set up authority to leave instructions through your Australia Post MyPost account.
Undelivered parcels
Parcel not received
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check your tracking online at auspost.com.au for the latest delivery status and any delivery instructions

Check with neighbours or other household members

Check if a card has been left directing you to a Post Office or collection point

If still unresolved, contact us at hello@taematchahouse.com with your order number and tracking number.
Delays
We strive to dispatch orders promptly and Australia Post works hard to meet their delivery estimates. However, delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

High parcel volumes during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and sales events

Severe weather events or natural disasters

Industrial action

Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Multiple items and combined shipping
If you order multiple items, they will generally be shipped together in one parcel unless the size or weight of your order requires them to be split across multiple packages. If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
Change of address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@taematchahouse.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it and you will need to contact Australia Post directly to request a redirect (additional charges from Australia Post may apply).
International shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within Australia only.
