We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We accept return requests made within 7 days of receiving your order only where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact.
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Received the wrong item or something damaged?
We're sorry if something's not right. Get in touch within 2 business days of delivery and we'll make it right. When reaching out, please include:

Photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue
Once we've had a look, we'll be in touch with next steps. Where your request is approved, we'll offer either:

A full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping paid, or

Store credit for the full value of your order
Return shipping
Where a return is accepted, return shipping is at your cost unless the return is the result of our error or a product fault, in which case we'll cover it.
