What is the best way to store my matcha once it has been opened?

Reseal the tin tightly and keep it cool, dry and away from sunlight and the stove. For the brightest aroma, use within four to six weeks of opening.

Which TAE is right for me?

Presence is our first-flush, super-premium matcha for whisking with water. Surrender is our recommended creamy latte matcha. Breathe is a versatile culinary matcha for sweet drinks, smoothies and baking. Stillness is mellow powdered sencha for hot or iced cups.
How do subscriptions work?

The option shows the exact number of tins, total charged and billing cadence before you add it. You can skip, pause or cancel before renewal through your customer account or by contacting us. One-time purchase is the default.
